I managed, strategized, and curated & created content for the Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (FKA Twitter) Cheba Hut brand pages from 2021-2024. Implementing the brand voice, culture, history, and core values made content creation and community management exciting. I was able to collaborate with the design team on graphics, content creators, and a variety of brand partners to keep the brand's happenings at the forefront of the strategy and any content posted.
FEEDing Followers with Balanced Content
My social media strategy focused on balancing product (food/, drink, merch) and our brand personality to highlight our promotions and support business goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Below are screenshots of the Instagram feed during various promotions/quarterly themes.

Cheba Hut's main mission: curing the munchies. The feed's main mission? Causing them. From toasted sandwiches to bar drinks and beyond, the content for Cheba Hut's pages needed to put the "mmm" in "munchies". The feed itself needed to grab the attention of prospective followers/customers by highlighting what Cheba Hut has to offer. Once the munchies hit, the content itself allowed the brand voice to shine through with creative, witty reels and memes.

I created, managed, and organically grew the TikTok page to over 10k followers. I eventually implemented paid ads to promote new shops, nationwide promotions, and account growth.
I collaborated with the creative department to plan, execute, and implement 1-2 professional shoots per quarter, as well as batch-created content bi-weekly.
I more than doubled the Instagram following while running the page from around 15k followers to 37.9k while maintaining an above-industry average engagement rate. I averaged 3-5 post/week, including reels, carousel and single image.
I assisted the Marketing Manager in managing the Marketing Lead program for all shops, providing education, mentorship, presentations, and ongoing support to help shop pages thrive.
